Help Getting Access to Your Safe

If you are having trouble getting access to your safe, here are a few things you can try:

  • Check the batteries in your keypad. If they are low, they may not be providing enough power to open the safe.
  • If you have a biometric safe, make sure your fingerprint is registered. Sometimes dirt or sweat can prevent the scanner from reading your fingerprint properly.
  • If you have an old safe, the locking mechanism may have become jammed. Try spraying WD-40 or another lubricant into the keyhole to see if that helps.

If none of these solutions work, it is best to call Folsom Lock & Security for assistance. We will be able to help get your safe open!
